Yutaka Suzuki, 21, is a freshman at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music, California State University, Long Beach, majoring in Violin Performance under Dr. Moni Simeonov. He also studies privately with Prof. Ken Aiso and Takako Yamazaki.
He previously studied at La Sierra University, completing both the ESL and Performance Certificate programs (2023–2025). In 2024, he won La Sierra’s All-Star Competition and performed Sibelius’s Violin Concerto with the university orchestra. He has also won prizes including 3rd place in the 2025 MIMA Young Artist Competition, 2nd place in Session 3 and 1st place in Session 4 of the Montecito International Music Festival.
