IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT THAT INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
The San Gabriel Valley Symphony (the “SGV Symphony”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates this website (the “Site”). Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. By browsing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By attending SGV Symphony events, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation, including injury, illness, or other incidents.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to try resolving disputes informally. If unresolved, any claim must be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action lawsuits.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@sgvsymphony.org within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
16. GENERAL TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the SGV Symphony. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
