Lainey Elizabeth White is a concert violinist, recording artist, and music educator based in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Santa Clarita, she began studying violin at age nine and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Violin Performance from The Master’s University.

As a professional freelancer, Lainey performs and records with a wide variety of artists and ensembles, crossing genres from classical to rock, pop, folk, and beyond. She works regularly with local symphonies, music groups, talent agencies, theaters, composers, and bands throughout Los Angeles, and is active in television, film, and commercial music.

Lainey is equally passionate about teaching. Since age 16, she has specialized in crafting individualized lessons for students, blending classical and contemporary approaches to inspire engagement and creativity. In 2025, she launched Presto Music and Performing Arts Academy, a multi-teacher school offering both in-home and online lessons in Santa Clarita, with a mission to nurture creativity and adapt to each student’s unique learning style.
