Ernest is a dedicated trombonist and recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance. A student of renowned trombonist Phil Keen, He has developed a strong foundation in both solo and ensemble playing. In 2023, Ernest was honored as a winner of the prestigious President’s Honor Recital in Redlands, recognizing outstanding performance and musical excellence. His playing has taken him to major concert halls across the United States, including Walt Disney Concert Hall, Segerstrom Concert Hall, and the iconic Carnegie Hall.
Currently, Ernest holds a position with the Redlands Symphony, where they continue to perform regularly as part of a professional orchestral setting. Known for their versatility, musicality, and commitment to growth, Ernest is quickly emerging as a promising voice in the world of classical trombone.
