
A recent graduate of the University of Redlands, Annie Ragni is a professional cellist and teacher, performing regularly throughout Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties. At the University of Redlands Annie sat as principal cellist for three years during her undergraduate studies. In that time she performed in operas, musical theatre productions, symphony orchestra performances, various chamber music performances, soloed at several Southern California Choral Festivals, and was an inaugural member of the University of Redlands String Quartet.
Annie has studied with cellists Lynn Angebranndt, Kyle Champion, and Aristides Rivas. In her day-to-day she can be found managing a music store, teaching, hiking, or baking. Annie performs regularly with the 818 String Quartet, who specialize in your favorite video game and anime soundtracks. She has performed with the Redlands Symphony, Inland Master Chorale, Redlands Theatre Festival, and the University of Redlands Orchestra, to name a few.
In November 2023, Annie was awarded the “30 under 30” award by Councilwoman Eloise Reyes. The award is intended for those who have displayed a deep dedication to the arts, community, and entrepreneurship.
