Nikki Naghavi is a classically trained violinist, entrepreneur, and educator whose work spans performance and arts leadership. A graduate of the New England Conservatory, she has performed at world-renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, The Concertgebouw, and Symphony Hall in Boston, among others. Her performance credits include the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, and the Cape Cod Chamber Orchestra, as well as international concert series like Fever’s Candlelight Concerts.
Nikki is the founder of Glass Artists, a boutique entertainment agency that curates live music for luxury weddings and high-end events. With a deep understanding of both performance and event production, she has worked closely with planners and clients across the country to create unforgettable musical experiences.
She has held leadership roles at the New England Conservatory, overseeing operations and special projects in recruitment, marketing, and community engagement. Nikki also co-founded Through the Staff, a nonprofit that has provided over half a million dollars in free music education to underserved students since the pandemic.
Of Persian heritage and now pursuing her MBA through the Global Leaders Institute, Nikki continues to blend tradition with innovation, applying her artistic background and strategic mindset to a range of creative and entrepreneurial projects.
