Two selected fellows will work with guest conductors shadowing them during rehearsals and receive mentorship on navigating the early stages a professional career. Along with conducting opportunities, fellows will be introduced to areas that support an orchestra’s work in the community, including partnership development, public engagement, and arts entrepreneurship.
Aspiring conductors at the very early stages of their career in undergraduate or graduate programs are encouraged to apply. Young conductors with significant experience and engagements in the industry are discouraged from applying.
Eligibility
• Age 18-35
• Undergraduate and graduate conducting students encouraged to apply
• Southern California residents only

• Conducting video (under 15 minutes)

• Selected applicants will be invited to an interview.
