Tryn Cheng

Artist

Tryn Cheng is a Malaysian-Chinese/Caucasian illustrator from the San Gabriel Valley and an alum of Alhambra High School’s Class of 2018, where she played flute in the Mighty Moors Marching Band. She earned her BFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and is a digital artist passionate about visual storytelling. With bright, vivid colors, her work blends the fantastical with the real to highlight the magic in everyday life. Born in the year of the dragon, Tryn aims to soar high—with her two cats and a matcha latte always by her side.
