
Rick Eng serves as a program manager for Special Service for Groups, Inc. (SSG), a Los Angeles-based health and human services organization founded more than 70 years ago. He is SSG's representative to the Los Angeles County program known as LAvsHATE to combat county-wide hate aggression, biases, discrimination and bullying. Mr. Eng manages the LAvsHATE Rapid Rapid Response Network of 14 service agencies and community nonprofits dedicated to working with communities to unite against, resist and report. He also serves as National Vice President for Civic and Public Affairs for the Chinese American Citizens Alliance (C.A.C.A.) and is president of the Los Angeles Chapter of C.A.C.A. Mr. Eng is on the Board of Directors for OCA-Greater Los Angeles and the Emeritus Board for the Asian Pacific Community Fund (APCF).
