Joanne Fu is a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP based in the Los Angeles area. A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. During her time at UCR, she held leadership roles including Vice-Chair of Finance for the Associated Students of UCR and Executive Vice President of the Accounting Society, where she played a key role in strengthening student-professional engagement.

Joanne’s professional journey includes audit internships, ambassadorships with Becker and RSM, and nearly three years of full-time experience in assurance services. She is known for her commitment to mentorship, detail-oriented client work, and her ability to lead with clarity and integrity.

Rooted in the San Gabriel Valley, Joanne continues to support community-focused initiatives and has a strong appreciation for the performing arts. She is passionate about giving back, especially in spaces that uplift underrepresented voices in business and education.
