
A native of the San Gabriel Valley, Dustin Seo is a cellist and arts administrator dedicated to building community spaces in Los Angeles through music. Formerly Associate Director at Street Symphony, he led artistic initiatives in partnership with Skid Row-based arts organizations and service providers. He now continues this mission through Laós Chamber Music, a series he founded at Church of Our Saviour Episcopal in San Gabriel, where he also serves as staff cellist. In addition to his organizing and leadership work, Dustin is an active freelancer, performing with ensembles such as the Redlands Symphony and Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra, and recording for companies including Riot Games and Disney Enterprises.
Dustin currently serves as the Annual Giving Officer at the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, where he earned his Bachelor of Music with distinction in Cello Performance and Musical Arts. He is a 2022 Episcopal Church Foundation Fellow and a 2021 California Arts Council Established Artist Fellow. He performs on a 2011 cello by James McKean.

The San Gabriel Valley Symphony, a program of Arts Bridging The Gap, exists to educate and inspire new audiences through the performing arts. Through world-class performances, collaboration with community stakeholders, and authentic storytelling, we connect audiences to live performance as a pillar of community celebration rooted in the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.
