
Born and raised in California, Peter Marcos performs as a freelance violinist throughout Southern California. He is currently the principal second violinist for the Filipino American Symphony Orchestra and a violinist with the Golden State Pops Orchestra. Most recently, he performed in the pit orchestra for East West Players’ award-winning production of Stephen Sondheim’s Pacific Overtures.
In addition to his orchestral work, Peter is active in the Los Angeles studio recording scene and serves as a first violin substitute with the Bakersfield Symphony. He has performed with a wide range of artists and ensembles, including The Voice’s Lana Love, Fortnite Season 7 composer Alexander Rannie, international singer Lani Misalucha, the musical group APO Hiking Society, and Bill Rogers, the official voice of Disneyland.
Peter’s versatility as a performer is matched by his commitment to musical excellence, making him a valued collaborator in live performance and recording projects across genres.
