
Hailing from the San Gabriel Valley, Emma Antonides is a violist in the Los Angeles area with a notable array of accomplishments. She holds a Masters Degree from USC Thornton School of Music, where she studied under the guidance of Karen Dreyfus. Emma completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the Eastman School of Music in 2021, majoring in Music Performance and minoring in Digital Media Studies, under the tutelage of Masumi Per Rostad. She has also participated in masterclasses with renowned figures including Geraldine Walther, the Jupiter String Quartet, Calidore String Quartet, and Barbara Barber. Emma has attended the Zodiac Music Festival, Bang on A Can Summer Festival, Kinhaven Summer Arts Institute, and Miami Classical Music Festival. Emma plays around the Los Angeles area and holds a section position with the Billings Symphony.

The San Gabriel Valley Symphony, a program of Arts Bridging The Gap, exists to educate and inspire new audiences through the performing arts. Through world-class performances, collaboration with community stakeholders, and authentic storytelling, we connect audiences to live performance as a pillar of community celebration rooted in the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.
