
Cash Langi is a Los Angeles-based percussionist and dedicated music educator with a focus on orchestral performance and contemporary percussion. He serves as principal percussionist of the Civic Orchestra of Los Angeles and has performed with the Los Angeles Opera, Los Angeles Master Chorale, Orchestra Santa Monica, Santa Monica Symphony, and American Youth Symphony. Cash holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, where he studied with Theresa Dimond and Gregory Goodall, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree at the USC Thornton School of Music. He has attended the Berlin Opera Academy and, in 2025, was a Percussion Fellow at the Music Academy of the West Festival.
Cash is the Director of Percussion Studies at Diamond Bar High School and percussion coach at Chaparral Middle School, working with over 80 percussion students weekly. Many of his students have performed in SCSBOA and CBDA Honor Groups. Since 2024, he has served as percussion coach for the SCSBOA Honor Orchestra. In addition to his school programs, he maintains a private teaching studio in Diamond Bar, California.

The San Gabriel Valley Symphony, a program of Arts Bridging The Gap, exists to educate and inspire new audiences through the performing arts. Through world-class performances, collaboration with community stakeholders, and authentic storytelling, we connect audiences to live performance as a pillar of community celebration rooted in the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.
